Missfire And Overheating!!! Help
I have a 00 Acura TL I had a CEL for a oxygen sensor i replaced that everything was ok until about a week ago. My car overheats at idle "sometimes" and then when you put it in reverse it will act like it wants to stall out, you hit the gas and nothing happens then all of a sudden the car will jerk and start to go like normal.. This only happens when the car is cool not when it is hot.. I am out of ideas being that I do not have a CEL on now. Any help will be appreciated..

Coolant issue, you can check a few things
check coolant level
make sure radiator fan turns on when engine reaches operating temp - if not replace radiator fan switch
the stalling issue could be a myriad of things:
Idle speed incorrect
fuel filter clogged
faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs
vacuum leak at the thottle body, intake manifold or vacuum hoses

I hooked up my scanner and no codes, i just did a tune up on the car,And the fan comes on only when the temo gauge hits the H before that it will not come on.... The car only acts like this once in a while and the car has to be cold for it to act up.... It is really pissing me off because it looses power then bangs into gear
