If you are hammering the pedal, be sure you have changed all the 5 parts for the t-belt service: timing belt, water pump, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, tensioner. Also, the serpentine + power steering belts, and the serpentine belt tensioner should be changed by that mileage.

seafoam the engine vac, gas tank, and oil
adjust engine valves--very important!
clean egr system while intake maifold removed for valves
clean iacv inside throttle body
clean throttle air plate, lube cables and return springs

Put the car on ramps or jackstands and ck every nut and bolt you can reach

take brakes apart- clean and lube sliders and pins
flush entire brake fluid now, and once an year- for those who use them hard

Uh, maybe take racing to the track so you don't crash into any of the rest of us trying to share the roads? Merely a suggestion....

If you're driving like that, worry about maintaining your transmission. The engine doesn't mind.

I suggest everyone attend track days/high performance school days at your local roadrace track--ck internet for SCCA or NASA racing as guide to track locations, and their schedule will show renters/events
Car clubs and actual schools rent the track for a day, pro race drivers serve as your in car or leading/following car- personal coach--
you driving the TL on a race track!
You learn more than you can imagine and it will change how you drive on the street.
at 200-300$ average for a day, its cheaper than most tickets
and the only cops around--may be instructors!!
