Unhappy jumping connector, now car won't start

I was trouble shooting a non functional cooling fan by jumping the switch at the connectorhttp://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2793650. apparently, I pulled the wrong connector, jumped from outside to middle, saw a small spark , and now car wont start. Will crank and turn over, but won't start.

From: North ,NJ
check your fuses
check to see if you have communication with pcm
plug in a scanner and see if it connects to pcm
if it does not ,possible burned pcm
