Jerky throttle

Whenever I'm cruising around the city in 2nd or 3rd gear and I release my foot from the accelerator, then try to push it back down to gain speed, the thing doesn't want to go down! Whenever it does go down my whole car jerks forward as if im flooring it, when im really just slowly going. It does this when I stop and go as well, its getting very annoying jerking forward every time I hit down on the accelerator. Is it a problem with the throttle cables? Because it feels like its stuck in one place until you add a little more force and unstick it, and then the car lunges forward. IDK

please help. This and the TCS scraping sound is pissing me the fuck off. It could possibly be related as well.

The throttle body is spotless as is the IACV.

I'll prolly try lubing the cables tomorrow.

Take your wheel OFF and look at things and inspect things. We cant help you on the scraping sound unless you look at things to see what you find. Lube the cable.

Alright the jerky throttle was fixed with some grease on the throttle cables.

I took the wheels off and checked everything and couldnt find anything obscure other than warped rotors. Im gonna go ahead and say the TCS is malfunctioning since it is connected to the throttle cable, and since I can feel the problem in the pedal when it happens.

One of the weaknesses in this car and maybe on other brands too is with a quick hard brake then quickly accelerate the tranny would jerk, stutter, and clunk hard. I tried it on Kia, and it was smooth like silk.
