Indicator lights are'a flashing
Indicator lights are'a flashing
I've been away from home for a couple of weeks and today drove the TL for the first time. I noticed that after about 30 min of driving my check engine and TCS lights went on. I think that the acceleration feels a little off. For example, I step on the gas and it speeds up, then when I release the gas its seems to jerk a little when it is slowing down. Tranny issue?
Should I take it into Acura and use my warrenty or do you think this is the kind of problem a good repair shop can take care of?

maybe try an Autozone or pepboys. And have them first check your CEL codes.......I think they even will do it for free. Then go from there.BTW is your D5 lights on??(im assuming you have a 5at)
Okay got the codes read.
The TCS light went off by itself on the way home, not sure why didn't press the button and driving conditions did not change.
The check engine light was because of some problem with the air intake control. The guy cleared the code and started the car several times looking for problems with the idle but nothing showed up. So he recommended that I drive it a while and see if the light comes back or if there are abnormailities with the idle.
