Here you go.

I installed one in my 1999 TL a few months ago and I still have the invoice handy:

Part number: 35130-S84-A01

The part is the same for all of the 2nd gen TLs.

And see this thread for a "missing screw" tip on the installation:

Having the Helms manual for this particular job actually made my job more difficult because it only identified two of the three screws holding the black plastic cover in place. (See my other thread.)

Other than that I'd say it wasn't too difficult. I do think you can do it without the manual if you take your time. Probably the toughest part is that you might have to lay on your back with your head near the brake pedal for part of the job. I did have some trouble pulling the old wiring harness connector out of the junction box. It required a lot of force.

And you might need a decent portable light to see everything clearly. Accessing some the screws can be a challenge if you don't have the right tools. I found one of those small 90 degree ratchet screw drivers to be handy for the job.

Good Luck!

This can definitely be done without the manual. I took mine apart to change the keyring LED from green to blue and the only problem I had getting it all apart was that damn "mystery screw" that no one seems to have documented at Helm or Acura. I wonder if they just "forgot" to mention it so people would have to bring it in...

^^Also, one of the wire harnesses that needs to be unplugged has a small grey plastic stopper in it that needs to be removed first before you can depress the tab to remove it.

I'm happy to see at least one other person mention the "mystery screw"! I couldn't find any other mention of it on this forum and I wondered if Acura just started leaving that screw out altogether since it's really not needed. (I just left that screw out when I put everything back together.)

And I wonder about that grey plastic stopper you mentioned. Was that on the end of the wire harness by the brake pedal? Maybe that's why I had trouble with that end of the harness.

never ran into a mystery screw problem i didnt have any difficulty locating all 3

those stoppers are added security so that the harnesses dont come undone. Why added to that one?? They are most seen in Airbag connections. (and ive seen alot of them in GM cars)

What happened to your ignition for you to have to change it?

Yes, I actually wouldn't have had trouble identifying all three screws except for the fact that my Helm manual only shows two screws. I removed those two quickly and I couldn't understand why the cover piece was hanging up. If I didn't have the Help manual I would have found the third screw much more quickly.

And thanks for the information on the stoppers.
