My 2000 TL .. sometime when I start ..it's Idle low ..less then 500 and about to Die and dies on me twice ... I was thinking it's may be Idle air control Valve but in this case Idle not going up/down and always low.. after giving gas couple times and drive for minute or two it's fine .. and works for 2-3 weeks ..
Last time my TCS light was ON ..while it was on low RPM ..and went off after..
I was reading about Idle Air control Valve and says Idle will go up and down .. but mine is diffrent...or is it samething? Why TCs light was ON?

 

It could still possibly be the IACV. And, since it's a common problem on our cars, I would start with that.
