hello, i was wondering what my issue was. car idles at about 1500-2000 in drive, when i put it park, it'll drop to about 400, then spike back up to 1500, then drop, and just keep surging. also, let's say i'm taking off from a red light, in second gear when i get to about 25-30 mph, it'll keep surging almost like im hitting redline, any ideas?
