that is very odd. i have never seen a 2002 without the fog switch. i believe the 2001 has the type of panel you describe, which has a blank cover to the right of the traction control buttons (center location) with the power sun roof controls to the left on the control panel. if the car is bone stock, this is quite a rarity. would it be possible for you to post a pic of both the control panel in question and the production sticker, which you can access by opening the driver's door. the sticker is located on the body near the driver's side rear door lower hinge . the sticker provides the vin, country of origin, build date etc.

Mine as well. I looked at 17 2002 and 2003 models at the local pick n pull yards this weekend and all fog switches are on the far left of the panel, regardless of base or type s models. Odd that the one posted by The Mighty Quinn shows the switch on the right. Could that image have come from a right hand drive car?

But Joeysongz remains the only one of us who has seen a TL with fog lights and no switch

if Joeysongz would post a pic of the switch panel along with the production sticker, i think the mystery could be easily solved. possibility the instrument cluster cover panel was switched from a 2001 model for some reason. ???
