I put a CD upside down into the changer

And now the deck won't play any cd and i keep getting an ERR-01 msg AND the HU won't eject any cd...plz help...2002 TL type S w/ the bose 5.1 system...

If you have a warranty it's time to take it in. My CD changer did that and had to be replaced under warranty.

not sure if this will work but, i used to put paper labels on my cds and they would sometimes get stuck, if the unit is trying to eject it and it is just getting stuck, try using another cd to push the stuck one downward after pressing the eject button. good luck
