How Difficult Is It To PROPERLY Align This Car?
Let's see if you guys had a similar experience...
Ever since I got my 99 TL about 6 months ago, I was NEVER able to get a really dead-on alignment. I replaced the tires with new Yokohamas, tried different psi's on the front and back, and still no luck. I even got one of those "3-Year Alignment Plan" at Tire Kingdom, and keep taking the car back to them. But it still NOT aligned! It drifts to one side most of the time (the left) but sometimes also to the right, and what REALLY gets on my nerves is the fact that the steering wheel is off-center. I specifically told many mechanics about this at the moment of the alignment, but it's still slightly off-center and it just RUINS the whole driving experience for me...
Do you guys had a similar experience? Is you alignment 100% right? Could I have a different problem? If so, what signs should I look for?

not sure why you'd have trouble unless the car's been wrecked before...
As far as centering the steering wheel, there's no reason not to get it right when doing the alignment. The guy at my shop even let me sit in the car when doing the alignment (to account for driver weight) AND center the wheel where I wanted it.

I just put new tires on (Yokohama Avid V4S - 500 AA A rating - GREAT TIRE) and the alighment came out dead on - with the steering wheel perfectly straight. I actually called the shop the next day to praise the tech for his work.
Make sure they do a 4 wheel alignment. The shop said that my rear tires were rather far out of alignment.
