well tuesday i hit a good pothole in the dark coming out of the airport, only my front driver wheel hit, the rest i avoided, but now at various speeds the steering wheel shakes, so does the car, at times it gets violent, at times u dont feel it, it started to shake at around 20mph, then goes all the way to 90mph....recently changed lower bjs/uppber bjs wit camber kits, hopefully the wheel just got knocked out of balance, but what else could the issue be?

 

Check to see if your rim is bent.

 

^ +1. I was driving on a bent front right rim and the shaking was horrible at anything over 80.

get a suspension/ steering evaluation at a shop/ check for any bent rims/ unbalanced rims

 

Potholes and crappy Illinois roads. I Just replaced 3! bent wheels. Merry Christmas to me.

 

potholes my butt. You guys have craters... Im lucky i was able to avoid them on 90 between Rockford and Elgin area. I saw one swallow up a semi tire and blow it out right infront of my eyes.

 

To Murdaz. have the rim and tire inspected for damage

 

Ouch! Lets hope its not the rim, you just got the RPM2s on!

 

yea it was knocked out of balance....but 1 wheel did call for a 2.5 ounce weight on one side, thats a lot...
