HID Extra install help!!
Hello Aziners,
Idk if i'm going crazy but am I missing the connector piece that connects to the low beam plug??
Ordered this HID Kit from HID Extra but it looks like it's missing the end connector piece.... or are those two pieces supposed to be plugged into something else..
I've installed a high beam kit for my car (2000 TL) and a low beam for an rsx but this is totally odd to me...
Any insight???? Did HID Extra not send me the correct end piece??

You have to buy a small pack $2 of Waterproof Female spade bits size 14/16 and some heat shrink tubing to cover the assemblage. Waterproof connector is not required, but gives you extra safety feature, plus the shrink wrap
Those Male spades are the power leads, cut the OE wires off from OE ballast and attach female to the cars end of the power lead.
The other wires only connect one way- cant mess up there, power to ballast, ballast to light is a 2 wire with waterproof connection- so you can route it as desired.
There are several HIDextra install threads, one near the top of the main thread area is called HIDextra install - clean.
See those for ballast mounting tips and other info
Enjoy! Use new lights all the time to get 50 hours run time on them- color and brightness take a little time to get fully established = they get better with age!

Huh, I thought mine came with the female side too, which I spliced into my wiring. But it's been a few years so I forget for sure. If the other side of the power wires disconnect from the ballast, I might have clipped these spades off and hard wired into the harness.

Thanks guys. Ended up cutting off those ends and soldering them with the old OE connector. Everything works.
Having to find a new place to mount the new ballast and organizing all the wires took some time so it doesn't look like a mess.

mount the ballast on the back of bumper rail or inside fender panel where it will be hidden and protected from water.
See pics on threads in this forum.
tuck extra wire under the light housing as you slide it back in
Sorry for late post- been enjoying a 2 wheeled, 10 to 1 Horsepower-to weight ratio Honda 6 cyl, 100 HP/100 ft lb torque!!
