Exclamation hid electrical issue?

i'm having a problem with my passenger side headlight on my 03' tl, i recently rear ended a truck and had to replaced the entire front end. The new passenger headlight starting getting condensation, which resulted in the ballast going bad. I have already installed a new one, but the hid will not stay on. It flickers then goes out, and the high beam doesn't work, i have checked all the fuses and relays and have even put the driver's side brain in and nothing works. i'm pretty must stuck and was hoping that someone might have a solution...........

Take it to the place that rebuilt your front and tell tell them that they screwed up and tell them to fix it.

A bad ballast won't cause the high beam to not work. First check the high beam bulb to make sure it is good. If it is good, it may be a relay or connection that is bad. If the high beam bulb is blown, and works when you replace it, you may just need a new HID capsule for that side.

I'm having the same problem with my 99tl (i rear ended someone abouit a year ago and didn't have problems until recently, only hood was replaced no light damage at the time). The fuse for the passenger side light keeps blowing. When the fuse blows the high beams turn on at a low light level. When I replace the fuse the high beams go off and the HID will work for a few minutes and then go off. If you find out what's going on let me know. I plan on taking my car to a place that specializes in electrical problems in cars).

well i had the shop look at it and they found a blown fuse which wasn't there when it was checked before, and they said that the flickering and the highbeam on at low power was a ground return giving the lights power..........up until now the lights are working fine.........and i also changed out the bulbs for new ones...........
