Help! Dropped tiny bolt into cylinder head orifice...

Hello, while working on changing my valve cover gasket, I also went on to adjust the valves. It was going well until I got to cylinder 6. A very small bolt holding my feeler guage together came loose and feel into what I believe is an oil drain hole. The small 1/2 in hole is located in between two exhaust lifters the nut fell into the 3rd hole going from left to right where cylinders 4, 5, 6 are, so right in between exhaust lifters 5 and 6. Im going crazy trying to figure out where that hole leads to. I have left cylinder 6 at top dead center and I have not cranked it with fear I might mess it up internally. Where does the holes lead to!? 😭

You just MIGHT luck out, if you can drain the oil and run a flex magnet thru the pan drain plug hole and root around inside the oil pan and latch on to it (if it IS a magnetic screw) and not have to drop the pan.

If it actually went down that hole, it leads to the oil pan. It would never make it past the pickup tube screen, but obviously you should still remove it.
