What do you mean, "gets blocked"?
Does the starter engage?

Reading between the lines of your post, I'm going to guess that you got enough cleaner into one or more cylinders to "hydrolock" the engine. Remove the spark plugs and see if it turns over. If it does, crank it over for 30 seconds with the throttle wide open, dry the plugs off, and put them back in, then try it again. Cranking with the throttle wide open lets in the most air and shuts off the injectors.[sometimes referred to as "clear flood mode]

it was indeed hydrolock.. i got clumsy, and put throttle body cleaner into the valve ports. everything shot out (ruining another cars paint job on the back(once again being clumsy but also not knowing what was going to happen))

I'll admit i am pretty new to cars, no one in my family has ever touched one so i'm kinda teaching myself with the help of whoever i can find, but this one was all me. this was a learning experience...

took out the plugs and after a little hesitation it shot everything right out, and although there is still some in there i am going to have to just let it cycle out i think?

I don't think i have the mechanical experience to get into the port holes in the lower manifold by taking them off the engine, shoulda just used a rag and the spray, but like i said i was clumsy and new to it. luckily no damage was done.

I did however clean the intake manifold off the engine, and got the egr port cleaned, and it is deff. running better now

There is really nothing to clean in the lower intake manifolds other than small amounts of carbon. The main reason to take the upper manifold off is so that you can blast the EGR ports clean with cleaner and flush it out of the manifold without this happening.

Sorry, I should have warned you about the geyser, but I wasn't really sure what had happened. If you are only getting vapor out of the plug wells, go ahead and put the plugs back in and try to start it. You may have to hold the throttle wide open till it starts to run. Back off as it gains speed to avoid over revving.
