Help!!

Okay so my 2000 TL-p was warmed up and I parked my car and about a couple minutes afterwards at idle, the check engine light started flashing then I shut it off and let it sit for 10-15 minutes thinking it was just emissions maybe cat failure because of the flashing check engine light but when I started it up again the check engine light was solid and it completely bogged down like it was misfiring..

What could this be??

Have the CEL codes read. Chances are that it's possibly a clogged cat or maybe a bad coil.
The codes can be retrieved by most auto parts stores for free and may help narrow the problem's cause.

have the codes read at an auto parts store.
usually they are read for free.

be sure to write down the codes and list them here.
it can be anything, and those codes are imperative to know whats going on with your car

Sounds like a bad coil to me, When a Cel is flashing means its happening at the moment.
When you hook u a scanner its going to throw you off with random misfire codes like 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 Cyl misfire if you wait too long.
Try this to spot the bad coil:
