Exclamation Heat Issues

This is somewhat of a techy problem/issue.
When i bought the car the heating/air conditioning used to work fine. 2 weeks later i heard some "electrical spark" noises coming from the passanger side dashboard.
i took the car to the dealer who i bought it from, he kept the car over night and said the blower motor module was needed. now he didn't tell me that he took the bloody thing out. i kept on delaying it and finally now since winter is here i really needed heat.
got the blower motor and the resister for $600 from Acura Dealership and paid $300 for getting it installed from a local mechanic. the good thing is there is heat now but the Temp Control Function doesn't work ... i mean it either stays at HOT or COLD nothing in between and the Fan adjustment blasts full air when its on OFF position but then works fine when you shift the knob from off to different degrees.

ANY IDEA ON WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG????

you are missing a relay somewhere in the mix. my buddies chevy impala had the same issue, either on or off, he needed some relay and that was the fix.
