sorry forgot to add that if the outer plastic lens cover can be removed enabling one to clean the inside, how do you go about it? How do you remove them?
thank you

If the car is still under warranty, it is covered.

If your headlights have never been opened and it is fogging sounds like water may have collected in your ballast.

It sits directly under your headlight housing. There is a foam seal that is suppose to keep water that is sprayed up from the bottom from getting in the ballast. But if that seal is a little off it could allow water to enter.

The ballast can take a little water it if is dried out before too long, otherwise it will rust some of the connections in there and possible short it out.

They are about $195 to replace from and OEM dealer about 230 from an Acura dealer so they are not cheap to replace, and that doesn't include labor.

i removed the windshield washing fluid holder, took out one of the bulbs to allow air to get in, turned on my lights and let my car sit in direct sunlight...the water evaporated and left via the hole where the bulb should have been.

Quicker just to remove both both bulbs and use a blow dryer to get rid of the condensation.

Make sure there isn't water sitting in the ballast though.
