I installed new 8000K HIDs in my TL today and when I went to do the aim alignment it would not move the headlight up or down...anyone have any suggestions that would fix this....please let me know thanks in advance

how are you trying to do it? ck the diy section or search
use a + screwdriver -slide down the V track on rear of light housing- see arrow on top of housing -shows which way is up/down
screwdriver tip engages the plastic top gear of adjuster system
may take several turns

if you removed the housings to change bulbs, make sure its back in the same place- look for clean area where the bolts where

did you put the bulbs in the same direction as the old ones came out?
that external wire thing was in same position?
The bulbs seated flat when installed and the wire arm went right in and locked?

any of those can cause align probs

 

good luck being able to see anything on the road with 8000s
not much white light on the pavement

 

they are actually pretty good
