Headlight adjustment question

Hey ever since I put my blacked out headlights in which was about a year ago I've noticed my lights point down farther now which annoys me and I brought it into the dealership about a year ago and had them fix it but all they did was raise it about an inch so I just let it go but now its bugging me again. I know which thing you use to change the angle of the lights but I don't know how to do it on my own without takin the whole front apart to get to them again. So if you know an easy trick to get to that golden piece to turn the screw let me know

theirs a 10mm bolt that u turn. when u pop your hood look in the middle of the head light youll see a 10mm bolt, you turn that to adjust them higher or lower.

theres a spot also that you can put a phillips head screwdriver to adjust them so you dont even need a 10mm socket one for left right and one for up and down on each housing its right there when you pop the hood labled right on top of the housing.

I know what I have to turn I just can't get to it. I'll take a picture next time I'm home. I'm in college so my car stays at home.

It is also possible you bent the bulb reflector cap inside the housing while blacking it out causing the beam to go wrong direction. If that was the case, just remove the bulb, and use your finger to bend it back straight.

The Gold Piece is under the rubber piece I circled that screws out.

Rubber Piece again

The Golden Piece after the rubber piece is unscrewed that you need to screw which is unreachable for me

What the piece looks like that I'm talking about.

Its hard to get pictures of it. Its one of those things you need to see in person so I don't know if that helped.
