2002 TL type S.
ot new low beam bulb, installed, did not work, put it on the other side worked fine.
checked realys and fuses ... seems to be ok.
what could be the problem here.

.....been there done that.......with me its was a dead ballast.......then when the ballast was replaced the light still wouldn't work.......but it would flicker for a few seconds......turns out that after the ballast went bad the fuse went out as well........thats actually how i started on this forum......just looking for an answer to why my light wasn't working.......
