Half of tailights wont turn on...HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi i just recently noticed that my 99 Acura 3.2 TL "brake lamp" light has been coming on although my car brakes just fine and my brake fluid is where it needs to be, the light wont turn off and just recently ONE of my tail/brake lights along with the center brake light (the one that sits up by the rear window) stopped working. So far only one of the brake lights along with the brake light that sits on the spoiler work. I just recently checked the fuses and changed the brake sensor but they still don't work. Any idea as to what could possibly may be going on? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

no but i doubt that it would be the bulbs because they both went off exactly at the same time.

Brake LAMP means exactly that - a brake lamp light has failed
It can be the center one or the regular ones but ALL must work or you get the light

lights burn out in pairs all the time- or very close as they get the same wear~

Of course its possible you have a short but with no blown fuses...not likely

go back and install new bulbs where needed
and the ones that still work- change them out too or be back in there soon!

Change both brake bulbs, thats the best place to start.
Both rear tail lights use one ground point so I doubt thats the issue.

Like mentioned above. The Brake Lamp warning light means exactly that, you have a bulb out. Start out by replacing the bulbs to see if it corrects the issue.

Yep, as the guys previously suggested. Easy enough to buy new bulbs and try them in the affected tail-lamp and also the hi-mount brake light. If that doesn't work then closely check the bulb's socket receptical for corrosion or a loose wiring connector. You can also check to see if there's power to the socket.
