A gross looking problem

The molding around my rear passenger door is pulling away from the little trash container. If I can post pictures I will, but don't know if I can. If anyone has had a similar problem and there is any solution please let me know! It's gross looking.

I didn't get the trash container option, so all I have is a map pocket or storage bin, but I guess it could be easily adapted.

With either option, if the molding is pulling away and looks bad, the only solution is to let the dealer fix it under warranty.

What if the car is no longer under warranty? Do you think that would be rather expensive. This is for an 01' TL. I just posted in the wrong forum...sorry

I was wondering what you were talking about with the trashcan option? Wrong generation...that explains it!

this is coming to be a common problem.....its been discussed quite a few time, i know one person fixed it himself. and others messed it up with using glue. the only real way to fix this is buying a new door panel.

both backseat door panals in my car are peeling, im just gunna deal with it

heres what i found
