Ive made this thread before a while back but I cant find it anymore, but heres the story, someone hit my car, and took off, it only scratched the bumper but I was told that if I have the bumper replaced, it still wouldnt replace all of the scratches depending on its location. Heres a picture.

 

Why wouldnt it get rid of all the scratches if you replace the bumper. All the scratches are on your bumper

 

I remember someone saying depending the location of the scratches, it will not get rid of all the scratches.

 

Well if they are all on the bumper then of course replacing the bumper will take care of it
