Gearspeed sprag - has anyone tried it?

Greetings, comrades. I probably should've asked this question before ordering this bit up, but it's too late now - I'm waiting for it to arrive to Russia together with a Translab valve body kit, in preparation for a transmission rebuild.
Now the reason for my concern would be that my transmission builder says he ordered a Gearspeed sprag for an MDX, and that didn't even last a full year, it's supposedly much less durable than the OEM piece. My question for you would be - does anyone have experience with this item? Should I use it, despite what my transmission builder tells me? Or should I prepare to go original, assuming the sprag in my transmission is rooted and even needs to be replaced? Thank you.

Hello InspireJ32A.
Not sure if you'll receive many responses regarding actual 'experience', hopefully someone will know. Reason being, many folks with a failed OEM 2G transmission replace it with the updated 06-07 Accord V6 BAYA transmission here in the states rather than rebuild it themselves.

In regards to the Gearspeed sprag you mention, the video below (you may have already observed?), if I'm not mistaken, that it is indeed stronger then OEM? At least that's what they claim. Check it out:

Yes, I've seen the video, didn't catch any mention of durability. I'm running the Gearspeed sprag currently, and the car is behaving a bit fishy. Not sure if that's the sprag or the linear pressure solenoid.
