My o3 Acura tl gauges power windows moonroof and tranny wont shift pass 2nd gear engine else had this problem .check fuses all ready

If your fuses are good then you probably have a bad ground somewhere.

Sorry I don't have time to check the service manual to see which one(s) it might be. Try searching the forums.

 

I found the #9 fuse blown. Changed the fuse and as soon I turned the ignition on the fuse blew again. So I have a dead short somewhere in that circuit. I unplugged every thing associated with the #9 fuse and still have a dead short. Next step is to remove the left side wire harness.
This car is new to me and was told everything worked except the transmission when I bought it.
This car also has an aftermarket radio/nav unit so I will also look at the wiring to the center console.
