New sounds coming from first couple gears

So I recently took my 99 TL-P on a nice lengthy drive. 450 miles of highway cruising, and I'm back in the city. But now there's a new noise coming from the car during the first couple of gears.
Once the car shifts the third time, the sound is gone. But if I shift back down, the sound is back.
The car has 250k-ish miles on it, has been getting regular oil and transmission sauce changes since I got it, had it's engine replaced a bit before I got her, and the transmission rebuilt also a bit before I got her.
Aside from the noise, the car behaves the same as she has been, as far as I can tell. No slippage between the gears or anything like that.
I've uploaded a video I took this morning of the sound - hopefully you can hear it over the general rattling of my car. If it's not very audible to you guys let me know, I'll re-record with the car's front up on stands to lower some of the rattle.

Any thoughts on what this might be? I'm going to be doing a drain & fill soon, and I'll try to clear out the solenoid filters while I'm there. I'm hoping the issue will be resolved by that, but what do ya'll think?

Hard to tell through the video, could be a heat shield that vibrates with just the right amount of load. Hate to see a trans go so soon after a rebuild, maybe there's some kind of warranty you can look into?

Yeah, the video doesn't pick up the sound as well as I'd like either. I'm putting the car up on stands on Friday for my PS pressure hose job, so I'll see if I can record the sound any better then.
The sound sounds kinda like something spinning is rubbing against something else, which is kind of concerning. The fact that it disappears after the third shift is what's really throwing a wrench into it though.
I really don't think there's any chance of a warranty though,.... 19 year old car, 255k miles,...... I'll see if there's anything at all but honestly I'm not raising my hopes for warranty work LOL
So no thoughts on what the noise could be?
I'll see if I can grab some new transmission sauce on Friday as well - maybe the drain/fill I'm due for will help.

A mechanic's stethoscope might be worthwhile.

So the sound seems to be gone after I replaced the PS pressure hose. Must've been that - there was a crapton of noise coming from my PS system beforehand!
Chojun, any progress on your PS pressure hose shenanigans?
