Front inner tire rub till completely wasted

So this is how my inner fenders look towards the firewall in my fronts of my 03. My wheels are 19x8.5 with toyo proxies 235/35zr19. offset i do not remember. My shop told me at first that i needed control arms and ball joints. now they say its my caster along with my car since it is a hit car and rebuilt, that it is crooked. yet they dont do anything to actually solve this. my tires are absolutely bald on the insides

didn't we just go thru this wrong part issue when ordering new control arm ?

if caster is wrong something is BENT and must be fixed or replaced

look at markings inside wheel rim for offset- looks like that's part of your problem- wheel sits in too far
whats your camber after the drop?

So i would need a spacer then? Or would that still not do anything? According to my printout, my current camber is at -3.

Radius rod bushings are probably worn, did you ever check them out ?
Theres also an adjustment you can do by adding or removing shims.

offset isnt your issue and a spacer isnt fixing your problem. FIND a competent mechanic or alignment shop and have them find out whats bent and have it fixed.

i would check them, subframe could be bent, or not installed straight along with many other things.

Is your tire rubbing that going straight or just when turning ? I have a 18x9.5 +42-44? (dont remember off the top of my head) now with 275s and i dont touch/rub anything in the wheel well.

I forgot this was the car with the severe curb shot or other crash damage not properly repaired -3 camber yikes
lowered mine is only -1.5 degrees

Im sure we have said numerous times- alignment shop- not some mechanic,
a place that looks at this part of the car every day-- all day long

Thats what they are for, is to correct alignment. Most quality shops have no issues with it being lowered.

With the caveat that some shops aren't well equipped for lowered cars. The alignment shop I frequent went so far as to create custom ramps to aid in lowered cars getting onto the alignment machine
