Front end rubbing noise

Alright guys a little back ground info,
The car went in for a rear main seal and has has 2 alignments in the last 6 months, has 5 months old new oem rotors and a new set of aftermarket non oem replacment pads.
The noise sounds like its coming from the passenger side, it only sticks in one certain spot or revolution of the tire sounds something like a dragging brake pad. It only does this when im turning either left or right, But stops when driving straight. I can only hear this a low speeds as well

So far ive looked at the brakes quickly and checked for loose suspension parts. Was wondering what else to check before I take it to a shop?

I guess it is one of those things you have to jack up the car and check again carefully, or maybe there is a nail or sticking gum on your tire, or you will have to take it out for a mechanic to look at.

Have same problem here. It really does feel like i'm dragging something, not to mention horrible gas mileage. I get about 18-21 mpg. the car is complete stock.

The car still get the same millage, minus it being cold out have to factor that in as well. But today While working on the integra I noticed grease from the passenger side upper control arm ball joint all over the place.

Their is no play in ball joint at all so im guessing the boot was just torn casuing it hopfully to go dry and make a noise.
Im also going to check the shocks, the cv joints, bushings tie rods and uneven brake pad wear for a sticky caliper before i take it to the dealer.

Well pulled the front apart and could not find anything loose minus the ripped boot.

When i had the car up and had the rotors wheels and calipers off i started to turn the wheel hub with my hand to see if maybe the cv axel makes noise when turned. I came accros that when turning the wheel hug either with the wheels pointed straight or turned it was a very rough spin felt almost like it was engaging into something and their was a decent amount of play on the axels. I then also heard a noise from the trans when the drivers side wheel was turned slight left.

Was wondering if maybe this problem could be also a trans/ diff issue. Also this car is on its 3rd tranny.
