Well noticed this in the under ground today. When only making left turn at a slow speed say under 15km, I can hear a on/off on off sounds that constantly sounds like brakes pads rubbing from the passenger side. It kinda sounds like a woosh woosh noise i know very vauge. Ive jacked the car up and everything seems fine.

 

Its actually doing it with the wheels slight cranked as well, Driving besides parked cars it sounds like a bushing/ rubber that is rubbing against something as the wheels make a revolution.
