Front Corner Bulb Replacement

Hey folks,.. I did a search but didn't find anything on the subject so I thought I'd ask the community.

I'm trying to replace the bulb on the front corner running lights, but I'm wondering if there is an easier way to do it. To be honest, I havn't researched it very thoroughly, but the last time I looked at it with the hood up, it looked like it would be a b*tch to replace. Anyone have any ideas?

You have to replace/access it through the wheel well. Just pull back the splash guard.

That's what I thought after glancing at it, but I was hoping that there was an easier way. Oh well.
