When I left work today, I found that the glass on my rear door was all the way down and I taught at first that someone may have broken into it. Got home and took the liner off the door and found that I can push the window all the way up with my hand, but it wont stay up. Do I need a new regulator?

 

I ordered a new regulator which included the track and motor and replaced it. That fixed the issue.
