Hey guys, I have a 99 TL and what I am trying to do is to flip the front license plate over 180 degrees, my goal is to not cover the front bumper. The bracket is at an angle that you can’t do it without making it look retarded. I was wondering if anyone has done it and could let me know how. Oh yea no cable ties and the license plate has to stay on.

 

use a heat gun and melt the bracket where it needs to bend to get it to fit that is what i did it worked great.
