Expansion valve How to?

Any one know. I finally put on the AC compressor and dryer. The AC still don't work because the presser won't build up thus I now need an expansion valve. So does any one have info on how to install one. Or is this another part that can only be put on by a ASE mechanic?

PS: Fuck the anti-thief radio!! The damn reset code don't work!!!!

Thank you.

did you do a vacuum and recharge after replacing the parts? insufficient charge will cause the compressor not to engage

for the radio try disconnecting the battery cables and holding them togather for 30 sec to drain the capacitors in the radio. reconnect and try the code again.
if that doesnt work you may have the wrong code. turn the radio off, hold down preset buttons 1 and 6 and it will display 4 digits then another 4 digits, 8 total. give me the 8 digit s/n and i will get you your code

Agree, the system really should be vacuumed

Also try pulling the antenna out of the back of the radio then enter the code. It usually works for those that have the correct code and the radio wont take it.
