When i start my 2000 3.2TL while in park the car engine seems stutter. Like it almost jumps then its fine for a few seconds then it does it again? any idea on what the problem is?

^^^Agreed. Also check the air line that runs from the back of your intake to the thermostat housing. Could be pinched...and it needs a specific amount of air running through it at all times...too much, and you get a high idle, too little, and you get symptoms you are experiencing.
