Engine sputters in the morning

Hi
2002 Acura TL type S (stock) 135000Mi
In the morning at 75 Deg Far the car will start and idle smoothly.
Accelerating to pick up speed the car stutters as if needing gas delivery, keep on moving and it will accelerate but pushing and pulling.
After a while... 1 to 2 minutes it runs well.
No CEL
No hidden Codes
WTF ?
Pse help, all suggestions welcome

Hey Yodin, when was the last tune-up ? Did you have the 105k "PM" done ?

Try running some fuel system cleaner in your gas tank. Clean the TB intake and EGR passageways.
New NGK plugs and an air filter may help ? May be a simple fix !!!
