Engine Restorer??
Was at Advance Auto Parts the other day to get something checked out and a worker there heard my car ticking (valves) and said this stuff Called "Engine Restorere would quiet it down, has anyone used this? Good results?

valve ticking- whats your oil like- dead- new- cheap- expensive
had the valves adjusted? they are due every 100k miles for a little adjustment back to spec, when they get loose they tick
Have you checked with a mechanics stethascope to verify- $5
could just as easily be a bad alternator or belt tensioner pulley

Dont use it. If your valves are in fact ticking have them adjusted.

Do not use any engine additaves in the oil. It clearly states not to in your owners manual. The only thing I'd put in the oil is Seafoam right before an oil change, but nothing that you would keep in the crankcase for an extended period of time.
The injectors are noisy on MOST honda/acura cars and it's normal. If you are up there in mileage and have never had a valve adjustment, that could be the cause as well.

Don't use that stuff, its "mechanic in a can" and will get rid of the symptoms for "a while" then the problem comes back or your motor is gone, adjust the valves, make sure its not somrthing else rattling and put some clean oil in you should be fine after that

I used mobile 1 synthetic, with a mobile 1 oil filter, less then a year ago, I barely put 3,000 miles a year on my car, I have close to 95,000, but I've had the ticking ever since I bought it @ 88,000 miles, thanks for the advice everyone, "Have you checked with a mechanics stethascope to verify- $5" What is that 01tl4tl??

a tool thats the same as a doctors stethascope- the heart listening to device the doctor puts against your chest during an exam
The techs version- available at parts stores or harbor freight tools for about 5 dollars- and has a metal probe tip- so you can touch it to various areas of the engine and listen- bearing noises, injectors- valves- all are easily heard that way- easy to tell where a noise is really coming from
Low miles on long periods is hard on engine oil- at least you are on good synthetic and good filter.
The valves could need adjustment- the engine could need a good internal scrubbung with Seafoam or other induction and oil cleaning service
If the last owner didnt take good care of the oil- lots of bad stuff can be in there limiting the oil flow to the valves
Have you had a honda type tech listen to it for you? There are private import car shops the specialize in our cars in every town
Remember 7 years or 105k miles is time to replace water pump and timing belt- plus adjust the valves- and replace the spark plugs- its the first time the car gets any real service beyond oil changes and visual checks- cost about a grand- plan ahead- and time is a killer of rubber parts- so lower miles dont matter

when my 01 had a valve like noise- it ticked but not in perfect rythym like a valve would do- I listen to each part and found the culprit was the AC belt tensioner pulley- a fairly common wear out part.
