Guys, this is the second time that this happen to my 99 TL where I get out of the car the drivers seat back just goes to the back seat. I have to raise it back up with the power adjustment which takes a little time but going back by itself goes in a second. Am I hitting someting that would cause this?

Any ideas why this would happen?

I really don't think you could accidentally hit something to cause this. It sounds more like an electrical short to me.

 

Do the 99's have memory seats, and could it be set to the position it keeps going to?
