Okay well I've searched around, and others have had a bit of a similar problem, but not a lot of help provided.

My 2001 TL (50k miles, never wrecked) is having a pretty major electronic issue.

The door locks will not go down all the time when I hit the remote, but they KEEP trying... whether I push it or not... and what's worse, is they randomly UNLOCK on their own... this in-turn triggers my alarm to go off.

Since I have NO clue what's going on and really want to avoid the dealership, I'm posting here. I just pulled my Power Lock fuse, so that I could temporarily avoid this problem... but even after pulled, the click from that relay (down in the fuse box) is STILL triggering. So now they aren't going up and down (as they have no power) BUT the system is still telling them to lock/unlock!!! I'm without a clue as to what's happening here.

My key fob doesn't have very good range, so I can't fathom that this is the problem. Thanks guys...
