Dash cluster calibration process?

Dash cluster calibration process?

Hey guys, I have a 2002 TL type S
i had to pull the dials out of the cluster to change the plastic covering the lights. After driving I noticed that my fuel and ten dials aren't calibrated correctly, fuel gauge with a full tank is about 30 degrees above the F mark and temp dial won't move above the C mark?

I saw some videos about how to calibrate dash clusters but I can't seem to get it to work


Any help would be appreciated

If you pulled the pin out of the motor, then it's probably toast.
