I have had my 2003 Acura TL Type S about 3 months now. I have noticed a creeking sound (similar to sound of creeky floors) around the dash board area. I can't tell where it's coming from exactly. This is different than the sound I get from my cell phone interference with the radio.
Does anyone know what this could be?

Also, I have noticed that the car flutters when changing into second gear. At first it was intermittent but seems to be getting more regualr. As a matter of fact my husband finally heard/felt it. He said it sound like a shifting problem. I know there was a recall on the transmission but that supposedly was taken care of.
Any ideas on this?
