How much should I expect to pay and where is the best place for a oem fog(driver side)? Is it hard to install? the lens is broken but I will spend the extra money to replace the complete assemblly????thanks for any help

 

I recently bought a TL-s, and my foglights never worked to begin with. I took it into the dealership because my car was acura certified. They told me they couldnt give me new foglights because mine were some piaa aftermarket ones (blue). So im also in the hunt for some new foglights. A pair of stock foglights would be 80$ from the acura dealership, so i assume 40$ for one. But i would like some HID foglights or something.

 

I purchased one foglight from Acura about a month ago for about $170.

lol..I wish they were $40.

 

replace the lense with lexan. wont break as easy as the oem stuff.

 

Gunn Acura quoted me 200 installed for the fog? I am nervous about putting something other tha glass in a lite? I once replaced a lens on a car that was not oem and that lite after a while was never as brite/ maybe something sbout glass verses plastic/
thanks for the info and yes i told them to install it and also replae the other foglite bulb..so they would be the same?????

your money. Many have done this ans the fogs tend to break on our cars very easy and none have had a issue with the lexan

 

Beleive me , if i had to do it again (after this one time) I will try and just replace the glass with the LEXAN. God Bless you guys for sharing all your experience with the Acura tL with us guys that just have the taste of a goood car....
