Holy poop! That's what I've been looking for! I think the coolant lines and vacuum lines are all switched up...I was a dummy and didn't mark them when I did the motor swap. The car will start but it revs up to about 4000rpms then back down over and over. Is there's a coolant Line going into the bottom of the throttle body which seems weird.
there is HOT antifreeze/coolant to and from the TB, its to prevent ICE from forming in the induction area as temp changes, air speed and humidity work to form actual ice on the mechanism inside throttle body
Mostly a car prob for super cold areas- warms TB for them
Side Note: in piston powered airplanes- Carb Ice- is a major reality of life- especially after thunderstorm- high humidty- even in high ambient temps- ice cn form

its such an issue that on every descent from altitude or when landing- carb HEAT is applied to prevent the ice
