CODE P0740 and P1739

I just had new motor and transmission mounts installed and after driving the car 20 miles I get these two codes.

The TL still runs like a champ so could it be possible the shop forgot to or even disconnected a sensor by mistake.
Or in the process of changing the mounts they damaged something?

Thanks all

Those are both trans problem codes. Neither of which could be caused by motor and trans mount changing.

I just got the same P0740 code yesterday for the Torque Converter. Hello 6 spd swap.

Well not what I wanted to hear but could it be as simple as replacing the TCC solenoid (if that is simple) and a third clutch pressure switch (If that is simple as well)have no real clue as to what they are.

thats why we have a DIY section,,, filled with how to replace most of the TL

they may have caused false codes disconnecting a wire or something stupid like that

reset ecu by pulling the clock fuse - on passenger end of dash for a minute
drive it and see if codes come back

i had the same problem..the check engine light pop out and after checking the code and found what it is..i decided to take a look at it by taking off the battery and unplug the 2 wires that connected to torque converter solenoid, then putting back everything in place...when i started the car the light came off..but i still need to take that solenoid out and check the gasket soon..
