cloudy head lights
If it was cloudy due to dull, then it is just outside, refinish it. If it was cloudy due to condensation of water moisture, then fix as soon as possible. The longer you delay, the more damages you will get on other parts in the HID system. It is no joke, it will be very costly when other parts fail.
First thing is to find out where the leak is. Do these three things will fix it. Don't wait on because it will cost you a lot more down the road to fix it.
1. If it was the seal somewhere around the headlight, then you will have to do extra seal with honda glue thing or something alike.
2. If that didn't fix it, then take out the headlight, and fix the bottom ring foam seal between the ballast the the headlight. To me, thing foam ring seal is a culprit.
3. If that still didn't fix it, then you need a new headlight housing, but still make sure the bottom foam ring seal is doing its job to seal the water.

Also, will I have the same issues with the fog lights? My driver side fog light is blown out and there is a few ounces of water chilling in the housing.
Thanks again,

EASY-If its not a leak, then its an easy cosmetic fix. I went to the Autozone and picked up this chemical solution or kit that completely restored my headlights which were dull and cloudy due to acid rain. It's only 20 bucks. The instructions are straight forward. It took me 35minutes to fix.
HARD-If its a leak or condensation, then its an expensive fix to the tune of about $1000 bucks. This also happened to me. The condensation will cause your ignighters to blow. There are two of them. They cost 400 to 500 bucks. So if both lights are having problems, then thats how it could easily cost 1000 bucks. Then theres the bulbs. There are two of them. They cost about 80-120 bucks give or take. Theres nothing you can do but get it fixed. You got to have lights.

very nice... i just bought a 99..
its got some like bright whites, but i dunno whats up with it.. its kind of a work in progress.
bought it from a kid who didn't tell me it was rebuilt. actually told me the opposite when i asked him. so its got a few little tweaks that need fixed.
are you positive they all have HID?
cause if i buy new HID bulbs and put 'em into a non HID system... won't they blow the whole system or something?

i've seen one case of a guy on here without them. and that was only because somebody had taken the HID bulbs and ballast out and rigged some halogen bulbs on there.
where would one go about finding aftermarket parts for the TL??
and does anyone know if its possible to turbo it??
lol!!!
