Ok so like everytime i hit a bump even juss a lil bitty bump my console opens up, not both of them just the top one. But i took mostly everything apart and retightened everything and that didn't help. It looks like the whole shape of the hook is bent and wont go back to it's O.G. form trigga. So what should i do? Get that new one?

Get a new latch. You can get it for just a few bucks.
