I have 99 TL n the center console keeps popping up when i hit a bump on the road. Is there any way to fix it?

 

What on it pops? the lid? the whole thing? We need a little more info

 

I know exactly what you're talking about. There are two latches which hold the two sections of the console down. Figure out which one is popping up. Typically it's the top piece (the armrest section). If so, open it up and look underneath for two screws holding the lock in place. Chances are they are loose. A few turns with a phillips head screwdriver and you'll be back in business.
