CD changer has Problem, need advice!!

My cd changer has problem during change CDs. There are no problems during playing CD(copy or original cd), radio, only happened during change CDs. there is an error message pop up, and it will jump to radio station. and it seems the cd is jamed, because there is no cd swapping sound. then i need keep pressing "load", or changing mode from radio to cd many many time. somehow it will finally load theCD, and I can hear a cd swapping sound.
And it's not always have this problem, but probably 5 out of 10 times.
any ideas? thanks

I had the exact same thing and I have read of others with this problem. My dealer confirmed the problem and since I was still under warranty they replaced it with a new one. So it was something wrong internally. If you have the same issue, and it sounds like you do, then you may want to consider replacement. If you are still under warranty then it will be free.

You now have an excuse to upgrade to a better HU. OEM is junk anyways.

I just wondering is it possible that I open that cd changer up, and put some kind of lubrication to that inside motor(for cd swapping) if it has.

what does the HU inside look like?
anyone tried this before? or will it work?
