Car's amp and Sub Problem !!!

Ok guys, its me again lolz. Ok i got the Boss amp (1200 watts) and the L5 Kicker. And this is just happend few days ago. Dont know why. Ok , and this is how i hooked it up. I wired the battery wire from the main battery through the amp right, next the ground to the trunk, and next the remote wire is going in the left driver's fuses. And i had to get the thing that makes the sub work with the stock sub. I dont know what to call that thing. Ok it used to work fine, bu since yesterday or few days ago, everytime i turn on the radio ok right and it works fine, but everytime i turn off the radio and it does this : making a loud vibrating sound. I had to run down the trunk and put down the level input.
So does any know how to fix this and wat would u reccommend the L5 sub goes with what amp is the best ? Thankssssssssssssss

Get a better ground for the amp, If the line converter has a ground ground it, also what exactly in the fuse panel did you hook the remote trigger up to.
